Article 14 

1. The official language in the Republic of Albania is Albanian.

2. The national flag is red with a black two-headed eagle in the middle.

3. The emblem of the Republic of Albania presents an escutcheon with red field and a black double-headed eagle in the middle. At the top of the escutcheon, with gold color, it is the helmet of Skanderbeg.

4. The national anthem is “Around Our Flag United.”

5. The National Holiday of the Republic of Albania is the Flag Day, November 28th.

6. The capital of the Republic of Albania is Tirana.

7. The form and the dimensions of the national symbols, the content of the text of the national anthem, and their usage are regulated by law.
